Mix 1 cup of warm water and 1 tbsp of white vinegar.  Dampen a sponge with the mixture and wipe it over the stains. The acetic solution will dissolve the salt deposits without damaging the suede. You may have to repeat this process a few times depending on how much salt there is but it should be safe for other leather shoes as well.
